MECHALYSIS

Mechanical Analysis, Design and Solutions

At Mechalysis, we offer technical support and consultancy to industries, namely aerospace, marine, oil & gas and renewable energy sectors.

Has your company decided to install new mechanical equipment, system, subsystem or structure as a project for a specific application and purpose? Don’t you have the required time, workforce or resources to allocate to perform the study, design and analysis of the project? Then you may decide to refer the project or part of it to other companies to do it for you. For example, you may require:

  • Conceptual study,
  • New design,
  • Modification to an already existing and working mechanical item, equipment or structure,
  • Perform finite element analysis (FEA) of the structure, system or equipment;

The project may be as small as designing and generating 2D and 3D CAD modelling of a single mechanical part or a more complicated mechanical system involving two or more related parts or structures. You may also require asking for a strain-stress study of the structure in case it is loaded and want to know the strength and durability of the structure before actually manufacture, install or constructing it.

At Mechalysis, we have a dedicated team who take your project requirements seriously and put all of our energy and technical skills to provide you with the best solutions. Our team can provide you with the best service right from the beginning of the project. We perform the conceptual study, feasibility analysis, detailed 2D and 3D CAD modelling, finite element analysis including stress-strain, modal and thermal analysis depending on the applicability.

Our services at Mechalysis are not limited to a specific industry, but as its name indicates it stands for Mechanical Analysis. Do you need a pressure vessel to be designed and studied? A platform on the site? A mechanical arm to deploy a seabed scanning probe? A heat exchanger? We look at all of these as projects that need studying, mechanical design and analysis in the form of projects.

Mechalysis is a consultancy company established in 2019, providing a range of technical consultations to the national and international companies. In the core of our services, 2D and 3D CAD design, finite element analysis (FEA), including structural, dynamic and thermal analysis and, also, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) built our expertise within our highly motivated and skilled technical team. Our professional consultancy team is committed to providing the best technical advice to our customers and provide them with a highly reliable technical report which satisfies the national or international standards.
